SURFACE PREPARATION
When applied directly to concrete, typically two coats are applied. For new concrete, it should be at least 3 weeks old or have a moisture content less than 5% or 75% RH. Otherwise, a suitable moisture-tolerant primer should be applied first. Ensure all traces of oils, fats, greases, paint residues, chemicals, and laitance are removed by enclosed captive shot blasting or vacuum-assisted diamond grinding.
MIXING PROCEDURE

Remove the lids from the 'A' component (bucket) and the 'B' component (bottle).

Squeeze the bottle to add the contents to the 'A' component (bucket).

Mix for 60 to 90 seconds using a drill and paddle, then allow to stand for 60 seconds.

Note: The pot life of the mixed product is approximately 30-40 minutes.
COVERAGE
Smooth Surface: Typical consumption is 0.5-0.7 kg/m².

Anti-Slip Surface: When broadcasted with quartz grain (0.8 - 1.2 mm grain size), consumption is up to 0.6-1 kg/m².
Application
The product should be evenly distributed onto the surface using a rubber squeegee or a short-haired paint roller. Apply enough product to create a tight top layer. If a second coat is desired, it must be applied within 24 hours to ensure full intercoat adhesion.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean tools immediately after use with SOLVENT or ethyl acetate before the product cures. Cured product residues can only be removed mechanically.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated area between +5°C and 35°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Do not discharge into groundwater, surface water, or sewers. Dispose of contaminated packaging and residues according to local regulations.
