Our track record of installations in this sector means we are well-placed to deliver an effective solution.
Our polyurethane floors stand up to the rigours associated with food production across all areas of the plant, meet stringent safety standards and provide a durable, hard-wearing finish that’s hard to beat.
Steam-cleanable finish means no cracks and crevices develop where dirt and dust can dwell and, for the ultimate in hygiene performance, we can provide floor systems that contain high technology antimicrobial agents.
The addition of coving ensures a smooth, seamless finish from the floor to wall for added protection
We have a long history of supplying industry standard floors to strict specifications in accordance with FeRFA and other industry standard organisations.
Recent projects for the automotive industry include:
Bright red resin floor
Sea blue large factory floor
Hard-wearing - Durable - Chemical Resistance
Different colours can be used to create clear working zones and demarcation lines, giving production staff a pride in their individual working environment whilst aiding with health and safety regulations.
Special colours can also be chosen to link-in with corporate identity and create eye-catching logos underfoot. With excellent stain and chemical resistance and an anti- slip surface, a 4m floor provides a hard-wearing, durable floor finish that is easy to maintain and built to last.

Epoxy High Build Floor
This system is a durable twin-pack solvent-free epoxy high-build floor coating for use in light to medium duty industrial applications. AltroTect offers excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. It is available in a wide standard colour range with options for bespoke colours.
This system affords excellent resistance to a range of commonly used chemicals. However, premature contact with chemicals (including water) during the curing process may give rise to discolouration, staining and variation in gloss. In all cases of chemical spillage, it is essential that the spillage be immediately removed and the surface washed down with clean water, removing water by wet vacuum after operation.
This system is a hard wearing, decorative resin floor topping made up of colour stable quartz granules encapsulated in a clear resin binder. STB Classic is a hand trowelled system with a matt finish.
